Community members, customers, and supplier partners are encouraged to join in-store fundraising efforts through July 31

Fort Worth, TX – July 8, 2025 – In the wake of the heartbreaking flooding that struck Kerr County and surrounding areas over the July 4th weekend, Yesway is joining the effort to provide comfort, support, and relief to those who need it most. As a company deeply rooted in Texas, we are humbled to stand alongside the people of the Hill Country during this incredibly difficult time.

To aid immediate recovery and long-term rebuilding, Yesway is pledging a $100,000 donation to the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country’s Kerr County Flood Relief Fund. In the spirit of compassion and collective strength, we are also inviting our Yesway and Allsup’s customers, employees, and supplier partners to contribute through donations made at the checkout, so that together, we can raise as much money as possible for the affected communities.

Now through July 31, 2025, donations of $1, $5, $10, or more can be made at the register in any Yesway or Allsup’s store. Every dollar raised will be directed to the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country’s relief efforts to help families and first responders recover and rebuild.

As reported by the Hilltown Community Journal, the floods came swiftly and without warning in the early hours of July 4th: “The flooding struck with deadly speed along the Guadalupe River, catching many off guard… Kerrville City Manager Dalton Rice said the Guadalupe River rose approximately 26 feet in just 45 minutes…” The damage has been extensive, with disaster declarations issued for 14 Texas counties, including Kerr, Gillespie, Comal, and Kimble, among others. Campsites, homes, and riverside communities have been destroyed. Lives have been lost, and search and rescue efforts continue even now. The road to recovery will be a long one. “Our hearts are with the families, first responders, and entire communities whose lives were forever changed by these floods,” said Tom Trkla, Yesway’s Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer. “We are not first responders, but as neighbors and fellow Texans, all of our over 3,100 employees in the state feel a deep responsibility to help however we can. (FORT WORTH, Texas – October 30, 2024) – Yesway, one of the country’s fastest-growing convenience store chains, today announced its commitment to donate $100,000 to the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico (CFSNM) in support of the Roswell, New Mexico community after the recent devastating floods. The floods caused extensive damage to homes, businesses, and other property in Roswell, the town where the Allsup’s brand began and where today five local Allsup’s stores serve as community hubs.

As the company has done in the past, Yesway invites its Yesway and Allsup’s customers, fans, friends, and supplier partners to join these efforts and donate as well.

Through November 30, 2024, Yesway and Allsup’s customers are invited to make $1.00, $5.00, $10.00 (or larger) donations at checkout to benefit the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico.

As reported by the Roswell Daily Record, early in the evening of October 19, “…it began to rain and hail around Roswell, with rainfall totaling 5.78 inches within six hours, exceeding all previous records. Throughout that night, Roswell’s streets, buildings and homes were deluged and damaged by the rushing water. As the storm thrashed Roswell, the Pecos Valley Dispatch Center received over 400 calls for service by stranded motorists and people who reported four or five feet of water flowing into their homes and other buildings.” The ultimate extent of the damage is still to be tallied and rehabilitation efforts to the area are expected to take years.

Yesway Continues Rapid Expansion, Adding Eight New Allsup’s Stores in Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Texas

The company has opened eight new locations in just six months, with more Allsup’s stores expected to be completed by the end of 2024

(FORT WORTH, Texas – October 1, 2024) – Yesway, one of the country’s fastest-growing convenience store chains, has grown significantly over the past six months, adding eight new Allsup’s locations to its portfolio in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. The company plans to open even more new stores by the end of the year.

In Texas, Yesway has launched three new Allsup’s locations:

805 W. State Street, Alvord
1202 W. Highway 287 South, Bowie
2600 W. Bardwell Drive, Ennis

Construction is currently underway for new stores at:

2450 Southeast Access Road, Mount Vernon (expected to open in early October)
9704 Highway 87, Lubbock
100 East US Highway 67, Keene (expected to open in late November)

Customers can visit the newly opened Allsup’s in New Mexico at 1810 East Texas Avenue, Eunice. An additional six Allsup’s stores are set to open in the state by year’s end, located at:

Yesway is also expanding its presence in Oklahoma, aiming to have at least 10 locations by the end of 2024. Recently opened stores included:

416 N. Jefferson Highway, Atoka
623 S. Garfield Avenue, Kiowa

These complement existing Altus, Frederick, Guymon, Madill, Broken Bow, and Thackerville stores.

These new, large-format stores, each spanning 6,277 square feet, operate 24 hours daily. They offer a variety of products, including Allsup’s World Famous Burritos, Yesway and Allsup’s private-label snacks, fresh Allsup’s bread, milk, and eggs. Most locations also feature a beer cave, Western Union services, ATMs, and cryptocurrency and digital currency ATMs.

Brown added, “We recently celebrated the Grand Opening of our new Allsup’s Market in Cloudcroft, New Mexico, and the community’s support has been extraordinary. We look forward to serving our newest customers in Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Texas.”
