District Managers
District Managers direct and control the operations of approximately 50 stores and report to Allsup’s Convenience Stores’ Director of Operations. They are responsible for managing and overseeing area and store operations to ensure profitability and that successful personnel management practices are followed. The primary Job duties of this position include:
- Review profit and loss statements, make recommendations for improvements and take action to resolve problems.
- Directly supervise the activities of the Area Supervisors assigned to their district.
- Provide guidance, set standards, lead store and management teams and delegate work assignments to reporting personnel.
- Support marketing operations in the areas of fuel and grocery sales.
Qualified applicants will possess knowledge of convenience store operations, personnel management, food service operations, and marketing concepts. Applicants must have effective communications skills and have demonstrated a pattern of success in executive leadership positions in previous employment.
